- Drive sales by acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts. Lead by example and maintain high sales activity.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Manage the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members.
- Lead ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members to improve sales effectiveness and customer service skills.
- 3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required.
- Proven ability to manage a team, handle complex client situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
